What is missing from the bar behind the seat , All other Dino photos he has seen are welded in one unit , this one appears to need to be bolted??
It has a cable operated brake, Was this available on Dino karts?. It has a 30mm diameter axle hollow.
It also has a nylon bush at top of steering column similar to Birel/Zip setups , again differing to other models he has seen.
